Cleaner Living Services Inc

I was referred to Paul at Cleaner Living through my insurance after a burst pipe caused damage to my kitchen floor and cabinets. A wonderfully professional and friendly team of guys, led by Bernardo, came out right away and applied a microbial agent to areas with water damage to contain the problem, and put together an assessment for my insurance on repairing the existing cabinet and replacing the vinyl floor. Soon after my husband and I decided to expand the project and buy all new cabinets and go for tile instead of vinyl, and at that time I was thinking about trying to find someone else to do the work, as the only info. I could find on these guys indicated that they were actually a cleaning service with a kind of side gig doing home repair. I talked with Paul and he assured me that they were fully capable of doing the more complicated work I now required, but also that he understood that I needed to be comfortable with whomever would be undertaking the project, and asked that I just let him know when I decided which way to go. I decided to just trust these guys and we promptly scheduled a time for Bernardo to come out and give me a new estimate. They called with that estimate right away, and we settled on the next week to start work (they offered to start earlier, it was our schedule which demanded the delay). Every aspect of the work was incredibly professional. They were never late, even though they drove in from Naperville. In one short evening they took out our base cabinets, helped me to finish building the new ones (which were do it yourselfers from Ikea), installed them, reinstalled the counter-top and the sink/plumbing. They fixed numerous problems left by the original counter installation (which was a terrible job...the previous guys told me our floor wasn't level and that wasn't their problem, the counter was never level and they jammed it through our walls in several places). They even plastered the walls without my having asked. The next morning we hit a huge roadblock...the tile which as supposed to be delivered to our local store wasn't going to make it, it was stuck in Bollingbrook. While we made calls to try to figure out what to do, the guys got started with the underlayment and prepped for the tiling. Finally we realized the tile wasn't coming, and Bernardo offered to send one of the guys all the way out to pick it up...a drive which ended up taking almost 4 hours. They still finished everything, and didn't even charge us for this delay! They wouldn't even take money for gas. Actually, the time they were waiting for the tile to arrive was the only time I saw them take a break at all...these guys are like machines. After a day to let the tile and mortar rest, they returned and grouted, replaced all our appliances and hooked them up, and cleaned better than I could have. I love our new kitchen, and I am so thankful I trusted my instincts and hired these wonderful people to do the work.
