We worked with Michelle for our master closet and coat closet. From the beginning, our experience with her was great. She was very responsive and took the time to discuss exactly how we were planning to use our space. She also made some very helpful suggestions that we decided to implement. I was very impressed with her attention to detail; she went through our prior master closet and measured the length of our long and medium garments to be sure there was an appropriate amount of space! She also was very accommodating of our preference for no-added-formaldehyde board to minimize VOCs. The price was reasonable - we received 3 estimates and Classic Closets was comparable to the other 2. Once the job was complete and we had a chance to use it a bit, there was one adjustment we wanted to make using an extra board that we had and she made the arrangements to have the board cut to the necessary width in their shop. We were very pleased with our experience from start to finish and would highly recommend them.

Awesome is the best word for our experience with Classic Closets. The sales people were friendly, helpful and very easy to work with. 
The installer came and told us exactly what he was going to do and he was done in a timely manor. The installer cleaned up after he was finished and was very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again!!  Love, love, love my new closet!

The project turned out great. It is true that Mark is hard to pin down, and it is also true that he and his partner Roger do great work.I would definitely use him in the future and recommend him to others.

Mark installed plain, white closet shelving in a master walk-in closet and two smaller bedroom closets. He has been a bit busy lately - deservedly so - so he was a bit hard to pin down. But my wife and I visited him at his shop, he demonstrated a great expertise of how closets should be installed, the 'dos' and 'don'ts', and gave us three beautiful closets. He made us think about our needs, and our closets turned out really great. This is a professional company that does quality work. Highly recommended!

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE'VE USED CLASSIC CLOSETS. THEY ORIGINALLY DESIGNED AND INSTALLED OUR LARGE MASTER BEDROOM CLOSET AND JUST FINISHED TWO MORE CLOSETS (1 WALK-IN) PLUS OUR LARGE KITCHEN PANTRY. VERY RESPONSIVE AND ATTENTIVE TO OUR FUNCTIONAL NEEDS. INSTALLATION TURNED OUT AS SPECIFIED. I'VE FOUND THEM TO BE THE MOST COST COMPETITIVE COMPARED TO COMPARABLE CLOSET COMPANIES.
