Description of Work: Terrible experience, will never use again. Easy VA refinance took 4 months. Could never get responses to phone calls, emails, or text. Very poor customer relations.

Run, I was dealing with a man who for four months gave me different answers and he insisted we'd really have a closing I told my landlord and again it fell thru. I ended up in a hotel for a few weeks, had to put everything in storage and then out again. It ended up costing me around $8000 to move because he couldn't tell me the truth.
Description of Work: used them to get our mortgage and after 4 months it ended up costing $8000 for moving expenses

Description of Work: He enabled me to successfully refinance my mortgage--something I have been trying to do, but have been unable to do for three years. Chris demonstrated excellent creativity, persistence, and the highest professionalism with multiple lenders, finally putting a deal together that both I and the lender can and do support. As a result, I reduced my home monthly payment costs by about $700 per month.

Worst experience ever.
Description of Work: Horrible company. Would not use them again nor recommend them to anyone else. Wanted to refinance and they took 9 months to do absolutely nothing. Communication was terrible. We had to call them constantly. Does not seem like a "real" company.
