 + -1 moreI HAD A LIST OF OTHER PROJECTS I WANTED HIM TO DO AND HE AGREED HE WOULD LIKE TO DO THEM BUT HE NEVER RESPONDED TO MY SUBSEQUENT CALLS. I THOUGHT WE HAD A GOOD WORKING RELATIONSHIP GOING. HE SEEMED LIKE A VERY DECENT FELLOW. IT WAS IRRITATING THAT HE JUST DISAPPEARED WITH NO RETURNED CALLS OR REASON FOR LEAVING JOBS UNDONE. THIS WAS IN APRIL 2003.
Description of Work: BREDEN REMOVED A WET BAR/CABINETRY, SEALED UP THE WATER/DRAIN PIPES, REBUILT A SLATTED KITCHEN/DINING DIVIDER INTO A SOLID WALL AND TRIMMED SOME DOORS SO CARPETING COULD BE INSTALLED.
