I’m just a guy with a small business, but thanks to Teranet Consulting I’ve an IT department as deep and comprehensive as the tech giants. It went very well. I have used Teranet for a few years after originally finding the company on Angie"s List. Marty always is easy to work with and fixes things on our computers we did not realize needed attention. He also happens to be in the same town I live in, which is a bonus for me.

We have used Marty at Teranet for a number of years and have always been pleased with his services. He responds quickly to distress calls and is sensitive to our individual needs and use of the system. He explains, even to computer idiots like us, what he is doing to solve and correct our problems. In addition to his knowledge and expertise in the computer field, as our relationship has developed over the years, we now share many chuckles on a variety of subjects. We like this guy... 

This is not the first time I call Teranet.  I have used his service for seven years now and he always resolves the problem, applies preventive methods (to avoid the same or similar issues), and follows up with the results.  If I have questions after the services, he is always available via e-mail.  I am not an expert in technology but he explains the problem or problems in a simple and understandable manner.  Now, I can name terrific details about Teranet.  However, the only way to experience the quality of the services is by calling and giving it a chance.  I have never regretted since.  I hope my little comment helps a little.

Fantastic!  Marty consistently exceeds my expectations.  I try to get him in the office every 2 or 3 months to give my computer a once-over.  He has a great sense of humor while also having a plethora of computer knowledge.  I will never call anyone else.  I have referred his services to others and will continue to do so.

He called next day that he can not fix it as will need more time and he will charge another $125 making it $275 in total. He took a week and brought it back telling me that it is fixed. When I found that I had lost many pictures, some pictures had multiple copies and some could not be opened. Printer driver could not be installed. When I called him, he was rude and told me that your printer is old. I told him that I have been able to install the driver on my two new work lap tops and why not on this laptop especially if it was working ok before crashing. He gave me a list of things to do which included uninstalling mcafee. I did everything but nothing worked. I was frustrated. This deal was a total rip off. Never seen such a lousy service without success and rudeness.

Marty installed our ADP system about a year ago. The installation went great. Marty was able to do the install with minimum interruptions. Since then he performs quarterly updates. I would recommend him to anyone considering an ADP install or update.

Marty repaired our laptop computer and more importantly saved our data at minimal time and expense.

He was very timely and quickly responded to our needs. He was very helpful and very punctual. It was a quality service.

I've used him several times since our original encounter. He's always solved any problems I encountered and has kept my computer clean, virus free (so far) and also upgraded drivers when necessary. In addition he has kept my wife's computer working efficiently cleaned up unnecessary garbage that always seems to accumulate.

The session went well. What I found most interesting was there were a couple of concerns about a specific hitch with an older version of a software that he couldn't specifically answer, but provided avenues that I followed and solved by myself. As a former educator I thought that alone was worth the visit and cost. What I gained was not only the answer(s) to my problems and concerns, but the tools to find them myself.

Marty was able to come out the day after I contacted him. He was on time, friendly, proffesional, and above all did not make me feel like an idiot. He actually ended up working on both of our computers at the same time, and they both work better than new. He was able to recover files from an old hard drive for us as well. I have already spoken to him about networking our units, and he will be getting a call soon to deal with that.

Marty arrived right on time and did his thing without hesitation and was done in little less than an hour and then returned later that same day to make an adjustment and everything is working just fine. He was a life saver for me and my computer.

MARTY WAS ON TIME AND REASONABLY PRICED. HE EXPLAINED TO US EVERYTHING HE WAS DOING, AND WHEN HE LEFT HE TRAINED US ON THE NEW SOFTWARE HE INSTALLED AND HOW TO USE IT. HE ALSO SHOWED ME HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT MYSELF, IF I EVER HAD A PROBLEM AGAIN, BEFORE CALLING HIM. I HAVE RECOMMENDED HIM TO SEVERAL FRIENDS AND HE HAS HELPED THEM TOO!

MARTY WAS ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL AND VERY INFORMATIVE. HE WENT THROUGH EACH OF MY SYSTEMS AND THOROUGHLY CHECKED AND AMENDED ANYTHING THAT WAS NOT AS IT SHOULD BE. IN THE END, MY NETWORK WAS PERFORMING AS IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN FROM THE MANUFACTURER. TERANET DID A GREAT JOB AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHOSE PC ISN'T GIVING THEM THE PERFORMANCE THEY EXPECT.
