Jeff replied to my phone message immediately. His initial installation services were professional and I was pleased. However, I've had some brackets come loose from the winter storms and I've needed some additional rain gutters to help with flow issues, but despite promises to come out and provide a consultation and warranty work, Jeff has not returned. Furthermore, he has stopped taking my calls.

I do not remember the exact cost, but I do remember it being a fair price. I am satisfied with the results and haven't had any gutter leaks or clogs.
