We are a family-run small business located in the northern Chicago suburb of Lincolnwood, Illinois. Established in 1980 as a general contracting company by Sandy Stelzer, he followed in the footsteps of his father who also ran a construction business for over 40 years.

A colleague recommended this company to me. Sandy, the manager, came out as scheduled and gave me a quote. The price is higher end, but I think a job well done is worth it. Also like the quality of the materials.
A 2 man crew arrived @ 7:30 a.m. As agreed upon. Sandy, the manager, came by a couple of times to see how the work was going.Work was completed in 1 day. The two men crew was very professional and knew what they were doing. I was impressed with their work and asked the manager for an estimate on gutters, fascia and downspouts for the garage.
