We are a family-run small business located in the northern Chicago suburb of Lincolnwood, Illinois. Established in 1980 as a general contracting company by Sandy Stelzer, he followed in the footsteps of his father who also ran a construction business for over 40 years.

A colleague recommended this company to me. Sandy, the manager, came out as scheduled and gave me a quote. The price is higher end, but I think a job well done is worth it. Also like the quality of the materials. A 2 man crew arrived @ 7:30 a.m. As agreed upon. Sandy, the manager, came by a couple of times to see how the work was going.Work was completed in 1 day. The two men crew was very professional and knew what they were doing. I was impressed with their work and asked the manager for an estimate on gutters, fascia and downspouts for the garage.
Description of Work: They removed and replaced siding,fascia and aluminum gutters on front and side of house. They added insulation gutter guards and downspouts as well. The back was done last summer. The siding on this house was the original siding and it had been painted over. I needed skilled people to do the job.
