PREFERRED FIRE FLOOD REPAIR

Murray came to my house and assessed the basement. He said he would give me a quote the following week. The week passed and I called during the middle of the week. I spoke to a woman over the phone who was to relay the message to Murray that I was still waiting on a quote. The week goes by and I call on the following Monday and the same routine. This time Murray called me back and then proceeded to tell me he will not provide me a quote and did not know if he could ever provide me with a quote. He told me that a lot of things have happened since he came to my house but would not go into specifics. At no time during the time he came to my house until today did I ever receive a call from the company stating they were having issues or anything else that would prevent them from providing me a quote. I am very upset that I wasted part of a work day with lost pay that I cannot get back and wasted 2 weeks waiting on a quote that I will never get and needed, and now I have to find another company to get a quote for repair.
