100% satisfied. Extremely reliable, what he quoted held true to cost, honest and hard worker. Mike and his team worked on my old house in Chicago. Original pipes. The pipes were rusted and needed to be replaced. He replaced both the kitchen and bathroom pipes quickly. Extremely pleased and definitely would rehire again. Finally found someone I trust.

Charlie was very friendly, personable, and he cared about what he was doing. He had the necessary equipment and knew how to solve the problem. The one issue I had is that after the pipes had been cleaned out and set again, there was a small leak, so I had to call to have him return again. It would have been better if he had checked the pipes more thoroughly to make sure the job was complete before he was done. I also think the price was too high ($250). But, Charlies was professional, helpful, personable, and wanted to do a thorough job.

Everything went great. Mike came out here and handled the problem like a pro. After this experience I would be more than happy to use him again.

Mike did and excellent job. What seemed like a simple job (replacing a valve) turned out to be challenging because the plumbing supply store provided a replacement part which did not work properly. Mike had to search for another supplier, which could not be done in the same day. Mike was very good about communicating the status with me while I was waiting. The day after his initial trip to my house he called me and told me when he would be back. He came back when he said with an assistant and finished the job. I was prepared for a large bill because of the extended time to find the right part, but the cost was very reasonable for the amount of time the job took. Mike is very good at communication and treated my fairly. I highly recommend him.

We made an emergency call to Mike around 10pm on a Saturday night. The humidifier on our furnace was leaking and we could not get it to stop despite turning off the water source. Mike answered the phone right away and was at our home within 15 minutes. He quickly identified the issue as a faulty valve, retrieved a part from his truck, and had the whole thing repaired in no time. He did a great job and charged us a very reasonable fee for an emergency call. He was a godsend. We highly recommend.

He was wonderful. He arrived within 10 minutes. He left a job to come to my house to check the leak. He then went back to his regular job to finish it and came back to tell me what the problem was and how much it would be. I didn't feel taken advantage of and he reassured me that everything would be fine. The price was also reasonable.

This was in March. 10:00 PM and 0 degrees outside. I discovered bursting water pipe in the basement of our house. It was on the city side of the cut off valve, so I couldn't stop it. Mike came out within 1 hour, shut off the water supply outside, made the pipe repair, and turned the water back on. His work saved us from major water damage in the basement.

Mike diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it immediately. He came out after midnight on a Friday night and was at my house within 15 minutes. He did a great job.

Mike Lamaj is a highly skilled plumber who was very responsive, professional and thorough in his work. He answered my call personally on a Sunday and quickly understood the nature of my problem and promised he would come to my home that afternoon. True to his word, Mike showed up on time and prepared to meet the challenges of burst water pipes in my home due to the incredible freeze associated with the Polar Vortex. Like a plumbing detective, Mike was able to quickly trace the origin of the burst pipes and with minimal damage was able to locate 4 separate areas that we affected and in need of immediate repair. He and his partner were able to complete all of this work and took time to educate me and involve me the process so that I could learn the mechanical plumbing of my home. Mike responded to my emergency at a time when I could not get return phone calls from other plumbers and he was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Did a good job

We have used Mike twice at our rental buildings. One time he replaced a water heater on an emergency basis on a Saturday evening, and the second time he replaced a strainer/drain basket in a kitchen sink. Each time he has been professional and done quality work at a fair price. We will definitely use Mike more in the future and highly recommend him.

I called Mike on a Saturday afternoon about an intermittent odor coming from our basement bathroom. Ninety minutes later Mike showed up, found the source of the smell, caulked it up, routed (rooted?) the sewer, charged a reasonable fee, and left. I liked him, good work, no complaints. I will hire again.

I called Mike on a Saturday afternoon to clear a severely clogged drain. He arrived soon after I called with the correct equipment for clearing the drain and replacements for worn gaskets. He was professional and a very nice man.

Mike called beforehand to assure me of the time of his arrival and was punctual. He was friendly, efficient and tidy.

Offered basic diagnosis over the phone, told me what I should have available when he arrived (new faucet and hardware). When he arrived he inspected the job, quoted the work, and finished the job in a couple of hours
