+ -1 moreThe installation fell apart after 2-3 years. The blinds pulled out of the ceiling and he said he was not responsible. Refused to correct the situation.

+ -1 moreThey were very helpful in choosing the drapes and then measuring. I paid them a 50% deposit. They said it would be 5-12 weeks to get the fabric in, but didn't call again for 4 months. They measured again, then took three weeks to make the drapes. Now that they are installed, the drapes are too short. The clasp that keeps the drapes shut also catches on the fabric and is slowly ripping the drapes. I called to complain and he agreed to lengthen the drapes and fix the clasp. That was 6 months ago. I have not heard from them again. I have decided not to complain because they have not come around for the remainder of their money. I will have someone else finish the job.
Description of Work: I hired them to help me pick draperies for my home. They fabricated and installed the drapes.
