For starters, the people who answer the phone cannot schedule appointments. That's weird, right? Instead they gave me a lady's cell number to call. After several days of phone tag I was able to speak with her and make my appointment.
The day of the cleaning they showed up almost 3 hours late without calling to tell us they were delayed. I had to track them down by calling that lady's cell phone again. They were at my house for less than 45 minutes, and when they left you couldn't even tell the carpet was ever cleaned. Within a few days the carpet actually began to look WORSE than it did before. There was a 2x4' area where it looked like dirty water was actually pushed back into the WHITE carpet.
I was able to obtain a refund from Groupon but we had to have the carpet completely replaced within a few months. Diaman Services is NOT recommended.
