For our house purchase, our inspector recommended an inspection of our sewer line. The service itself, was good, and the price was fair. However, there was a major scheduling problem due to personal issues for the plumber. That is understandable, but the communication was very poor and it required rescheduling that only worked because our realtor was great. So, the communication and punctuality issues were very problematic for us.
