The job was well performed. The carpets were cleaned according to scheduled day and time. So I was happy about that. However, I never got an invoice and reciept back from the company even though I requested by phone after the labor day weekend was over. So I think follow-up with this company is not that great.

I like that it is always the same person that comes out to clean the house. I feel comfortable knowing that they are insured. I like that they will leave a detailed note of what was done on each visit and what they will tackle next time.
