Furniture - Sales
Our salesperson, Ann Geer, was so helpful and friendly and the chair was delivered on time. We have gone back several other times because our experience with the store has been so good.

THE FURNITURE WAS DAMAGED AT DELIVERY AND FOR 12 WEEKS WE WERE UNABLE TO RESOLVE THE SITUATION AND UNABLE TO GET OUR MONEY BACK. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT DID NOTHING BUT GIVE US THE RUN AROUND. NEITHER THE STORE NOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE RETURNED OUR CALLS OR OFFERED ANY RESOLUTION TO THE PROBLEMS. WE FOUND THEM THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE VERY UNSATISFACTORY.
