Elegant Resolutions is one of Chicago-land's premier custom electronics systems integrators specializing in audio, video, security, energy and automation systems for your home or business. We sell, design, install and maintain packaged and custom solutions for our clients. We will gladly work with you to design and build the right solution for your needs and budget whether your project is small or large, single room or whole house, new construction or remodel. With our residential solutions, we specialize in the design, installation, and programming of home entertainment and home automation solutions including audio video, home theater, home control, multi-room audio, multi-room video, lighting control, window treatments and shade control, central vacuum, communications systems, security/surveillance, automated standby generators and more. Elegant Resolutions is a proud member of CEDIA, the Custom Electronics Design & Installation Association, and as such is highly professional and highly trained in electronic lifestyle solutions. We are a small company of designers and installers which allows us to offer a personal, but professional, treatment of every client. We offer in-home consultation as the first step toward a project or solution at no-charge to our clients. Then the scope of our solutions can include: design, sales, installation, programming, calibration, support and maintenance for any of the systems we sell. We offer extended warrantees and service & maintenance agreements to guarantee the long term reliability of our solutions. For our premiere clients, we now offer remote monitoring and 24/7 support and emergency service.

I am not a technology literate person. My only ask was to install something that 'works' and is intuitive. Greg made it so easy to use my seven year old daughter can run the entire system.
When something does come up - Greg is always available to help get the systems back on line when something fails (this is not often mind you). He has the ability to problem solve remotely and as required will come to the house to make fixes. I personally believe the best feature of the team is their customer service. Greg is always available.
