Helitech is a family, locally-owned specialty contractor that provides waterproofing, foundation repair, & concrete repair services to homeowners across a 4 state region. Services include basement & crawlspace waterproofing & encapsulation, complete foundation repair - piering, wall anchoring, & crack repair, as well as concrete leveling / mudjacking, dehumidifiers, sump pumps, & yard drainage. We service the greater Central Illinois region including Litchfield, Taylorville, Jacksonville, Springfield, Chatham, Petersburg, Decatur, Shelbyville, Mattoon, Effingham, Charleston, Champaign, Mahomet, Clinton, Danville, Rantoul, Peoria, Bloomington, Washington, Pekin, Canton, and everywhere in between out of our facility in Lincoln. Initial contact was quick and efficient.  They were able to come out in a reasonable amount of time to review the situation, discuss what they felt needed to be done and provide a good estimate and overview of the work that needed to be completed.  Provided a good time-frame based on current work load and called as promised to finalize date for work.  Showed up on the date at the time and completed the work.  The crew did an excellent job in a tight space between houses.  They thoroughly explained the work at each step and consulted on any questions before proceeding.  Completed the work in a day and left the job site in good condition.

We had a good experience with them. He has been out a few times and the first time he came he had a bid to us within a week. The second time he came back out at our request and gave us another bid the same day. He is scheduled to start work in either September or October. He was very responsive to phone calls and called us back promptly. We asked him to come back and look at something else because we had a couple of other people in. He came back out right away. The guy was very nice, acted very professionally and was pretty good all the way around; we liked him. We decided to use him because we got the best value for service. We thought he would be able to fix the problem and it was a cost effective way to do it. They were very responsive.

I called the toll free number the first time and got the front desk.  I was told the salesman that serves my area likes to contact directly.  I never got a call.  The second time, I submitted my information on Helitech's website.  I never got an email or call from them.

The crew was clean, professional, and worked quickly to get the job done.  They did a great job of laying down tarps to protect the floor and cleaning up after themselves when the job was finished.  Everything was done within one day, which was great.  Would definitely use again!

They arrived on Monday and immediately explained the procedure that would be done. They started to break the floor out and at every step they explained and showed hot was done. On Thursday, they completed the work and cleaned the mess.

They dug and drilled seven holes, which stabalized the footings. Replace the concrete where the pillars were installed. The job went well and the crew was very professional through out the j. If I ever need this rvice again, they will be the first to be called.

They did a great job. They laid plastic on the floor so they could go in and out of the house without making a mess (though they should have laid it first rather than after a few trips back & forth with dirty shoes), and the work was done within the estimated time. They explained each step as they did it and cleaned up thoroughly after they finished the work. We were very satisfied with the work completed.
