VACUUM EXPERTS/VACUUM SHOP

I bought a Stealth Cleaning Kit with hose cover for my central vacuum system from this dealer. This is a the top of the line kit. Once I got home I discovered I was missing a wall hanging clamp which is not an expensive part but one I needed to correctly hang the wands on a wall. There should have been 2 in the box but were on 1. I called the store and talked to the owner and he said he would get one in the mail the next day. I have called 3 times and each time spelled out my name and address ( which he should have had on the sales receipt) and each time he said he would get it in the mail ASAP. This part never came and I will go to the manufacturer for the part and not have anything further to do with this company. Terrible customer service.

These people are thieves. we dropped off a black vacuum and they tried giving us a green one back. because he did not write what color the machine was he told us that was ours.

It is very hard to find repair services and this is a recommended repair service for Meile USA. I did have a little difficulty due to language barrier with the first person I spoke to, but then I spoke with the owner. he has been doing repairs for thirty plus years and knows the ins and outs of most all models. Why buy a cheap crappy vacuum, when you can buy a top model that will last you 20-25 years with minimal repairs? They also carry all sorts of vacuum bags, brushes etc that can be hard to find.

I couldn' be more pleased Rudy took apart the whole cleaner fixed it and i thought it was brand new when he brought it out to me . He spent a lot of time explaining everything so i could get the best carpet cleaning from the machine . what a great place for expert service . thank you Rudy

The owners put a newer, longer and a more tangle free cord on my vacuum.  They cleaned the vacuum and put new filters on it.  They itemized all the options so that I could choose all or just what I wanted.  They did a great job and I would use them again!

He came when he said he would and didn't try to push things off on me. I actually had to ask him about a new head and why it wasn't working and a couple of other things. Then he told me about the things so he didn't try to tell me that I needed this and that just to sell things. He answered my questions but he wasn't pushy.

The vacuum now runs better than when new.

He came at 1 pm on Friday and was almost finished by 5. The next morning he returned and in 45 minutes the job was complete.

Although the owner was very helpful, the models he carried were ones I had never heard of (Germany, Korea) and were very expensive. It was hard to make any comparison between those he had in stock and those more commonly seen in other stores.

This is a great resource, and they stand behind their repairs. They sell vacuums as well. I bought mine there because I know I can get service, and they carry all the high filtration vacuums. They are honest and reliable. You can't ask for more. I've been dealing with them on and off for 15 years whenever I have a problem. I have also purchased 2 vacuums from them. They are great, and we all know in this disposable world, repair is hard to find. They are too nice to some customers (I was in the store when I saw a customer being unreasonable, and they let him take advantage of them).
