Susan Lazzaretto is an experienced, full-time agent who is an expert in the real estate business and loves finding the right houses for her clients. Even though we had several very specific requirements for a home, Susan worked with us patiently and always contacted us as soon as any desirable listings hit the market (day or evening).
Although two other offers were made on our house the same day as ours, Susan's expert negotiation skills closed the deal and secured a beautiful home for us. We can't imagine a more positive home-buying experience. Susan is a hard-working, dedicated professional who is also charming and considerate, and it was a joy to work with her from start to finish!
