He was prompt in showing up. When I came home there was damage to the Cyclone fence on the right and left sides to the point where you could not close the gate. We called him and he agreed to fix it, but it took him a month to do it. We kept calling, but he did the work successfully although he had to come out twice and we had to continue to call him to get him to come back the second time.
