ROSEBROOK POOLS

I really like the pool, but we should have gotten an end date for it. They had three quarters of my money after the first weekend. They came once a week, after that, just to keep us happy. In July they sent up a few contractors to do some work on the blue stone, but they did not send up a supervisor and they took two hour naps a day, and therefore they extended the longterm date of the finished pool. They still are not completed with all the work. They are charging me a lot of money for them to come to my house and do service to the pool. When they opened the pool this year they put in a wrong chemical, that my husband was allergic to, therefore I had to drain and refill it, because they left. Their customer service is not the best. They are so inconsiderate and rude that my husband will not allow them back on the property. Regarding my diving stone they would not come up to fix it, so we got another contractor for half the price. My repair job to them was not high priority, because they had other pools they wanted to put in. I had to get angry at them to get them to do some actual work. They are never rude to your face, but they never had respect for us as customers.
