Original maintenance work started out being done well, but substantially fell off with change in crew leadership. Individuals on site were hard-working and sensitive to my concerns, however management fell well short. Over a multi-year period, numerous services requested and not received. Work agreed not done or done inadequately. Spring cleanup consistently late. Multiple requests to speak with team manager never answered. Had to withhold payment to get attention, and even their communication was simply to address outstanding amounts due.

Pleasant, accommodating, prompt, professional. We worked with Barbara. Revised plan several times and was happy to have us use our own subcontractors(from Angies list) when her subcontractor bids were high.

They do a really nice job and they are nice people. The foreman is really great. They are a little expensive though. With them you get what you are paying for. They are thorough and friendly.

The patio and rose garden looks gorgeous. They have cared for both as well as cared for my lawn in the past. They did elegant work in creating landscaping and outdoor rooms for the most discerning clientele. They are experts in all that they do including designing, installation, and repair. I am very pleased that my own landscape architect brought them to me.
