Rocco Fiore & Sons Inc

We were told by a number of folks that Rocco used to be fantastic. We have, unfortunately, had the opposite experience. After 1 year with them, we are switching to another service. The problems include: the inability to reach the regional manager who met with us when we initially hired Rocco and told us he would be our point of contact; lack of weeding and trimming; skimping on time during weekly maintenance; chemically burned grass by Rocco's lawn subcontractor that Rocco ultimately had to repair; requests to purchase plant materials and trees that never showed up or took weeks to receive despite repeated requests for bids, and most importantly an unfortunate lack of communication between those doing the work and those supervising the work. Regrettably, we would have to ask 3-4 times (like spraying for weeds in the lawn) for something to be done, and it would still not be accomplished. Many times, I felt like I should be charging my time back to Rocco for having to weed my own beds, trim my own bushes, and dead head flowers myself even though the Rocco contract specified these were services they would provide. One or two instances would not have been so dunning, but as the litany of issues and mistakes increased, it simply became even too much for us to bear. I am afraid I cannot in good conscience recommend Rocco to any of my neighbors. Hopefully, they can right the ship in the future.

I have been using their services since June and everything has been going very well. Their client representative Derek Gambro is excellent! They provide great quality of work and have great commitment with improving the yard and garden. They have great recommendations about plants and clean the exterior of the home weekly very well. They are extremely responsive and take great care in the work that they do.

They are expensive but they listen and do it right the first time.

So far they have been great and I am so happy I went with them. The project is not completed yet.

They are very reliable and they do excellent work. They are also responsive to the customer and easy to work with. They aren't cheap, but comparatively they are a very good value for what you pay.
