They were okay. We had a little, minor issue, but, in general, they were on time -- you know, the finishing time. The price was reasonable, I would say.

Very good experience throughout the entire project from the initial estimate through the installation. Excellent customer service, quality workmanship, and they worked around my schedule. Every person involved in the project was pleasant, helpful, and professional. The quality of the cabinet doors and the countertop is excellent.

Today is the final day of our Kitchen remodel project with ReNu and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! We needed the project done within a certain time frame, and they were the only ones that would guarantee they would be finished in max 5 weeks and they finished in exactly 5 weeks! Always quick to respond. We took comfort in knowing that they were fully dedicated to our project during that time period, instead of having multiple projects going on at once, I knew they were dedicated to our kitchen remodel. Very trustworthy. We had a hiccup on our end, our floor guy backed out and Erica was quick to help us find a replacement and it never delayed the project. Would highly recommend them!

Everything looks great. Installer (John G.) did an awesome job putting everything together. Renu offered the best color/door style selection of those we spoke with; both upper cabinets and refacing materials came from the same manufacturer; price wasn't the most expensive nor the least (well within what we expected it might cost), but the quality seems to be very very good (all wood materials, all refacing materials all 1/4" wood cut to size). Installer had an unavoidable conflict come up and had to start a day late (Tuesday) but still finished on Friday. Everyone I talked to/interacted with at Renu was friendly, responsive to questions and very helpful. We would be happy to use Renu again. Hopefully we won't have any issues with the cabinets!

I started with a 25 year old kitchen with a separate dining room. The kitchen was small, and cramped and we were in desperate need of an update. I met with Rick and explained what we were hoping to achieve. I fully expected him to say it wouldn't be possible or it would be cost prohibitive but to my surprise, he was positive about all aspects of our desired changes and even provided some valuable recommendations that I never considered. In all, we removed an interior wall, boarded up 2 windows and a door, installed a new sliding patio door, installed a new window, all new cabinets, flooring and lighting. Start to finish, the job took 4 weeks and 1 day which was right inline with their estimate. Erica at the office is absolutely FANTASTIC! She provided information in a timely manner and touched base with us on a regular basis to see how the project was going. Every call I made was returned quickly and any issues that came up were resolved quickly. The installers, Rick and Carl, were great guys and very knowledgeable. They were on time every morning, cleaned up at the end of each day and worked diligently to insure a smooth project progression. They never made any assumptions and consulted with me on anything they were unsure of and made recommendations for things as they came up. The kitchen is complete and my wife and couldn't be happier. She has the kitchen of her dreams and I didn't experience the level of stress I thought I would with such a complex job. All projects, large and small, will always have some small issues or things that need fixing and mine was no exception. Minor problems are expected but what defines a truly professional company is they rectify those problems. The is where Renu (and Erica) earned their 5-stars. No questions asked and no matter how small and insignificant the issue was, they fixed it without question and without hesitation! Renu will definitely be getting referrals from me and I would absolutely use them again for any future projects!!

I decided to go with Renu because they were always punctual and responsive through the bidding process and were equally responsive after they got the job. Every time I called someone answered the phone right away, a refreshing change from the usual recorded request to leave a message. Every change in the work was documented, so there were no surprises at the end of the job. Hank and Sean performed the work and were extremely professional and conscientious. The job took longer than I expected but they ran into some glitches that were not anticipated. The important thing was that they kept me informed about the progress at all times. The bathrooms look great; I am very pleased.

Over all it went well however we lost a full day to a plumber that was not on time and offered no apologies. The gentleman that installed the tile was on time everyday and did a great job.

Thought it was going well and we did not overly put our nose into the ongoing construction. To our surprise, they used the flexible conduit for electric that was not up to code. As young first time homeowners, we were naive, and they had encouraged us not to get a permit. I would highly encourage that you make sure you get a permit and inspect everything they do. Surprised the ratings are so good. Looks like they made a big push in 2014 to get reviews up.

The shower is perfect. Just what I wanted even though I couldn't explain what I wanted at first. Rob, the bathroom installer was considerate of my schedule, punctual, and guided me through the process. I had a vision, he directed the final project. The work was done cleanly, rubble was removed as it was created. Rob layed down floor tarps over my wood floor, rug, bathroom floor, and whirlpool bathtub. We do a lot of our own renovating on our own, and this time we knew we were over out head with this job, and Renew provided us with a very experienced bathroom remodeler in Rob.
The office made sure to keep in touch with me and was always very polite. I guess praise is easy when the job turns out well, but there is more to a positive review including, quick contact, reasonable price, politeness, patience, and a willing to please are factors that don't show up when you just review the finished product. Renew has all the extras that made them a pleasure to work with. Thank You!
