Millenium Painting

They asked to start a day earlier than scheduled.  My home was in complete disarray over a weekend.  They showed up today a man short so only one person showed up to work today.  Had to wait for the owner of the business to bring more paint, so a delay there.  They think they will be done by Wednesday (started last Friday).  The property has been sold and a house inspection is scheduled for today.  The job is not done yet.  On the plus side, they are neat and careful when moving furniture.
At completion, the job was well done. left little or no mess, workers were polite and careful. Took longer than expected, but would use them again.

I already posted my comments once, but realized they ended up in the "hardwood flooring" category. I also wanted to post in the painting category, since they really are painting contractors. They refinish stair handrails and such as they did for me, and they also refinished my stair treads to match, but I don't imagine they are equipped to refinish whole rooms of hardwood flooring. Anyway, I just wanted to reiterate that these guys were amazing. The first coat of stain didn't go on quite right and when Artur came by to take a peek he insisted on having the guys start over. He's a perfectionist and he did the right thing to make the job turn out right. In the end, the stair rail and treads turned out perfect. They look just how I hoped they would. So impressed. Millenium was recommended to me first by two seperate friends who don't know one another (both friends had Millenium paint their whole first floors--walls, trim, ceilings). Both of them were equally impressed with Artur and his crew. ...prices were very reasonable too (and I did get a few other bids)!

Fantastic Painters! I was referred to Millenium by two seperate friends (who didn't know each other). Both friends were very impressed. Artur was so professional and great to work with. I believe you never truly know how good a contractor is until something goes amiss. The first coat of stain wasn't quite right. When Artur came to check on the job he agreed it wasn't right and insisted on sanding it off and starting over from scratch (a whole days work lost). He wasn't put out or upset, instead he said, "You are remodeling your house, and will have these stairs for a long time. They need to be just right." The second coat went on perfectly and the stairs and rail look wonderful. Everytime I walk up and down the steps I am so grateful to Artur and his commitment to getting the job done right. Aside from excellent service and committment to quality, Artur's prices were great and his painters were very respectful and delightful to work with. I will absolutely use Mellenium Painters again.
