This company did a great job on a collision repair.  Were very responsive to time frame.  Only regret is that the final work was over the estimate.  However, insurance covered everything, minus my deductible.  Paperwork was well executed.

LA kept me up to date, provided me a loaner car for the time they had my car. Once the repairs were done, you would never know there was any damage and the paint was a perfect match. They were able to get a dent on a body line out like it never existed. They even cleaned my car mats.
Also if you bring your touch up paint and let them know they will touch up some chips on the car when you leave it for work.

I took both our vehicles into Libertyville Autobody around the same time to get their advice. They were great at providing unbiased advice, and helped me decide that I didn't need major work done. They even did minor repair work on one vehicle for free (it took maybe 15 minutes of labor for them).
I've previously used them to repair a vehicle after an accident, and they did an excellent job. It looks as good as new. Highly recommended for honesty as well as quality of work.

I went there for a reasonably accurate estimate. When I recieved it, it looked rather low. I asked about a couple of parts that had fallen off the car and the estimator had no idea and said to bring it in. The estimator did not even scratch the surface of the repairs. I feel that they low balled the estimate to get me in the door and hit me with a lot more when I brought the car in later. I was really disappointed with this tactic and wont return.

Took my Car in to repair a a dented/ scratched rear bumper after I was rear ended. It was an uninsured driver so this was out of pocket. I did however have my Insurance company get involved since this lowered the pricing significantly. I ende dup having to take the car in twice. The first time I took it in at 8 am and was told to expect it in 2 days. They were repairing the dent and re-painting the bumper. the two days went by and I did not receive a call by about 4 pm. So i called into the shop and asked to speak with someone about my cars status. after being transfred around multiple time and calling back multiple times, i finally talked to someone and found out that my car would not be ready by the end of the day. To their credit they did have the car ready however to pick up by the time I arrived the next morning (approx 8:30). upon picking it up and going to work, I noticed that the paint job was uneven and had a texture to it. I called in that evening and was told to bring it by and they would look at it. I went in the next morning. They agreed that it was not correct and that they would repaint the bumper again. So i had to schedule ANOTHER day to bring in my car. This means finding alternate transportation too/ from work ( they did not offer a complementary loaner car) after the second painting my car now looks like new. Overall I am happy with the end result however I wish they had better communication and would have gotten it right the first time. Also when the mistake is theirs ( the textured initial paint job) They should do more to make the inconvenience unnoticeable to me, such as supplying a loaner car.

They did a nice job and got my car back to me within a couple of days, just as promised. They coordinated with the car rental company, too, so I had a car waiting for me when I dropped off my car.

We have purchased Acuras from Libertyville Acura and had previous body work done by Libertyville Auto Body - an on-premise partner with the auto dealership. Our past experience with both businesses has very good. It is very easy to stop by and get an estimate and appointment. Easy to setup rental car as well. The work, as usual, was very good. We expected the cost to be more than it was so this was a nice surprise. Our only constructive criticism involves communications. A young women told my wife the car would be ready in one day. This didn't sound right to me, but my wife took it at face value. I called and found out it would take about three days. Also, I needed to call to find out that the car was ready when it should have been LIbertyvillle Auto Body taking the initiative to let us know when the car was close to done. These are not major issues in light of all other positives. I also think this was an exception to their normally good service.

Repair work was ok, but the gas gauge didn't work after the repair and they refused to fix it. Because insurance was involved, we didn't get anywhere after the intial work was done. Very cavalier attitude after acting like they had superior customer service.

I wanted to have Libertyville Auto Body repair my car because they had done very good work previously for both me and my husband. During the original estimate, I was given a detailed, written estimate of the work. Unfortunately, an employee at the company deleted the estimate from the company's computer system. However, I brought my original estimate in the next day to have the work performed (small job, no appointment needed). So there was no problem. I waited in the waiting room. After about an hour and a half or so, the work was completed. I checked out the work and couldn't tell there had ever been any scratches or dents. Great job.

The work was done well however it wasn't a totally satisfying experience. My insurance company worked a less expensive hourly hour rate for the insurance rate, however, the rate wasn't discounted for the work I was paying for. I was told the door dings would be an extra hour of labor since that wasn't part of the insurance work. The hourly rate was $48 and I was charged $100 dollars. I was told I would get a phone call when the car was done. I received a phone call telling me it was going to be painted and it should be done the next day. I didn't receive a call. They said they left a message with my assistant manager because I wasn't at work but my assistant said they told her they would contact me later. I received a coupon in the mail thanking me for using their service with a car wash coupon, I called them to find out if my car was done since I had never heard.

I have been going to them for about 7 years and their service has been excellent. They deliver what they promise, their prices are within reasonable limits, they will negotiate with your insurance company and they are always very clean with their work.

They made it look as good as new for a very low cost. I highly recommend them.
