I've been going to them for years. Most of the time, I would say that I feel that they did a good job and I thought the prices were high but didn't really have time to find a mechanic. I'm so busy. But, the last time I took the car there, they didn't do things properly. They did the brake jobs on both axles on four wheels. Apparently, they didn't fasten the tires or wheels on properly. I hadn't looked at like a day before I left on a trip. I didn't realize that the tires are like that, and I went quite a distance. Once I got to a destination, I did another short trip in the town and it was like something was knocking against the wheel or something. So, I ended up taking it to another dealership of north and they said that the wheels weren't fastened and one of them was really bad. In fact, it was so bad that it steered off of tune. I was taking my car to them for so many years, it was fine. I'd say overall "B" just because I had years and years and years of good service, although there is this one thing, although this one is pretty major. The pricing is too high. I would probably not use them again because of this last incident.

Everyone there is great and they get the work done on time. They also ask for feedback after they do the work. I have nothing negative to say about them.

I take my car to the dealership where we bought the car. Liberty Auto City in Libertyville. I took my car there about a month ago. I spent around $150.00. It was pleasant, I waited for the car and they were prompt. They have serviced the car from the beginning, and although some of the prices are a bit higher at independent garages, they know what they are doing, they know what they are looking at and know how to take care of it. That's why I prefer to go to them.

They were great. They did a good job on it. They do maintenance for different brands and they were good.

I've never had a problem there. I was in and out within half an hour. They are very customer service oriented and when I call, I talk to people and not machines. The service department is very helpful. They don't push repairs that I don't need. If they do see something, they tell me how long I can live with it before I really might have to do something about it. They are good and they always work with me. They have always done excellent work. I always use them.

When I decided to purchase a 2010 Subaru Forester, negotiations were easy as they quoted me the invoice price that was confirmed with the information on the Internet. My research using Edmunds.com had indicated that the invoice price was the selling price. It took longer to process the paperwork in the business office then I expected, but they didn't try to pressure me into buying the service contract or anything else.

My wife and I visited the dealership upon receiving a telephone call that they would finance a vehicle we found from a private individual. They told us on the phone they would acquire the vehicle from the private party and sell it to us for the same price; skeptical we asked them several times on the telephone that we could get the car purchased and financed for the same price the individual wanted to sell us the car at. When we arrived at the dealership all we received was bait and switch pressure to buy one of their vehicles at a much higher price. Upon repeatedly asking them to hold up to their promise to acquire the vehicle and sell it to us for the price promised on the phone, they would not do it.

They have been pretty good! I have had to go back a couple of times to get things fixed. They do get things done in a timely manner, but I have been looking for alternatives.

They have done other work on this car as well. They are fine and they do all my maintenance on the car. They also did fine with the brakes. They are also very thorough. It is always such a headache though because they have two different departments. One is for foreign cars and the other is for other types of cars. I think I always go to the wrong place. I did not know if it is just me or what. They are very nice though and they do great work.

The car is running like a dream now. They are very friendly there. However, I always have to make an appointment when I need to go. I like that I am able to get a loaner car there.

I WAS LOOKING FOR A NEW SUBARU WRX. I DID A LOT OF RESEARCH ON THE NET IN ORDER TO GET THE BEST PRICE IN CHICAGOLAND FOR THE MODEL I WANTED. FOUND BOB YANCA AT LIBERTY AUTO CITY TO BE THE LOWEST PRICE, AND ALSO HONEST, STRAIGHTFORWARD, AND WILLING TO GO THE EXTRA MILE FOR HIS CUSTOMERS. HE PICKED UP MY WRX AND BROUGHT IT TO HIS DEALERSHIP, THEN PICKED ME UP AT MY HOME IN CHICAGO AND DROVE ME BACK TO DO THE DEAL. GREAT GUY AND GREAT EXPERIENCE.
