Joe was a very hard worker. He dug holes & worked outside without complaints in 90 degree weather. Always reliable.

We looked at numerous bids in late May, and made a final decision in late June. Joe was responsive and helpful through this process. As he was chosen, he laid out a timeline and kept to it, including approximate start date, work flow and complettion date.

Overall, the work took longer than expected but went very well. Joe and John always offered suggestions and listened to our ideas. We had a lot of scope creep because, as things got going, we kept thinking of more things to do to the house to improve it. (Things such as replacing closet doors that no longer matched the rest of the addition, replacing and moving ceiling fixtures that no longer "worked" with the new design, and the like.)
The new addition had to be matched to the outside of the existing home. This included brick, roofing tiles, gutters and fascia. They managed to match material very well - always giving us samples beforehand for approval.
