In fact, they fixed the problem with brakes within 5min of my bringing bike in, and probably wouldn't have charged me. However, I wanted a tune up, so they did it within the next day. Their price was very fair, and the customer service was outstanding. I was very happy to get bike done within a day and for a very reasonable price - $74. Will use them again.
