We had Betsy both times and we used the project management service as well.
Betsy was very professional in our encounters.  She provided regular updates and drawing plan drafts whenever we needed them. 

In each case, Betsy worked wonders in getting the measurements right so things would fit.  We really didn't think we had enough room for things in both cases.  In each case, Betsy was able to guide us to different furniture and fixtures that would make it all work. 

Along with the excellent work they provided us in our bathroom and laundry room, they updated our windows in each area.  They did a very nice job dealing with a tight space for our bathroom window.  They were able to update the window treatments to fit the needs and style we wanted for the changes.  In our laundry room, they provided a new opening and window treatments.

We are very happy with the way things look and both places receive compliments from guests.  I would highly recommend their work and we will use them again in the future.

She talked to me about her ideas first and showed me everything that would work well. I worked with a woman named Terry and she has some wonderful ideas. There was a little problem with the window treatment after the fact and she was right on top of it. I was very pleased. She charges $100 per hour, but I do not recall how much I paid.

I think that my new kitchen looks fantastic. I felt the project took a little longer than was anticipated but it was worth the wait and the end result is a very professional job done. I thought the contractors were easy to work with and their crews were always courteous.
