I don't remember the cost. I think it took 30 minutes maybe, it wasn't long. They were good.They were very good.

We live in an association community. Our mail is delivered to secured mailbox which belongs to each individual address. The lock on our mailbox became difficult to open, so we needed it replaced. I had used Dan the Key Man man years ago, and thought is was a good idea to use him again. We called Dan the Key Man 3 times over a 5 day period and left a message with the woman who answered the phone each time. No one EVER called us back. I consider this behavior very unprofessional and will never seek to do business with this company again.

My husband got with them mostly. He was honest, willing to search for the best price and to know our problem. But he was hard to get a hold of because he works out of the office. And we were very happy with him when we were done.
