While I didn't purchase tires that day, Berry will be the first place I go when I buy new tires soon. Their quick attention to my tire problem, checking it--and installing my wiper blades--for free has created a customer for life.

I have one tire slowly leaking air since November. I need to repump every week. I brought the car to the shop. The first time was in December. They didn't find anything significant. So the shop reglued the tire. It helped a little bit but didn't solve the problem. So I drove my car in the second time after holidays. This time they found a very small punctuation and patched it. Good work.

They did a good job. They just seem to do what you need to have done and seem to charge a fair price. They don’t take appointments, it is first come, first serve which is the only thing I don’t like about it. They are a Good Year tire dealer. We are getting close to needing some new tires and they had some really good prices compared to everybody else. I just like local business and they are kind of in it to win it. They are there to do a good job and charge what they need to charge to stay in business. I thought they are great.

Berry tire is the sort of place you'd send your daughter to and never worry about being taken advantage of.  I have been taking all my cars there for over twenty years and I feel secure that when Ed calls me back that they are not adding anything more to the car than it needs.  They are also willing to work with your budget.  When I was tracking cars, my concern was safety and stickiness of the tires and not cost.  They made sure my track cars were safe by always checking and changing my fluids and carefully going over the car before a track day.  Now that I'm older and on a budget, Ed just helped me pick a good tireat a good price plus it has a 60.00 rebate.  Berry tire takes care of my cars....they are the best!!

It is a good place to buy tires from. That would be my recommendation. If somebody asks me here where is a good place to check out tires, I would send them there. I think their pricing is very competitive. I never had any problems with anything they did. They try to do a good job, and they respond to the customer's needs. They give good advice. Based on how busy they are, they would get you in as soon as they can.

We go to Berry Tire and Auto for oil changes on our older car. The price is very reasonable and they do additional inspection for no charge. They never push their service and provide several options. We were sure that we have a leak somewhere in the radiator and were ready to pay for that but hey found that the culprit was a hose clamp not tight enough. They have tighten it for no charge.

Had to take the car back twice because the brakes make a squealing noise and initially they were not even put back together correctly...  Still driving with the squeal years later because they could not fix it...  Good price but I got what I paid for...  Additionally, the job took a lot longer (~1 hour) than promised.

Got to the shop 30 minutes early.  First in line.  I'm a woman.  Three men who were there after me were serviced ahead of me.  They gave me some story that my car, a Mini, was small and needed a special bay and one of their lifts was broken.  Then they could not find my tires that were delivered there 2 days ago from the Tire Rack.  When they were done and I was about to leave, I noticed I didn't have my summer tires/wheels.  "Oh, you want those?" was the response.
 My husband had a similar nightmare there 3 years ago and won't go back.  He has an Audi  and wanted them to mount his new snow tires on new wheels.  They claimed their special machine for low profile tires was broken.  A week later it hadn't been fixed.  A week later something else was wrong.  The car was eventually brought somewhere else.  How hard is it to keep your equipment functional when it is the life-blood of your business?  Two bad experiences in a row...just coincidence...pretty unlikely.

The price was very competitive. I asked them to quote a tire they don't normally carry and they were able to beat the internet price. They were high performance tires. I was switching from my winter to summer tires. They offered to swap the other two tires. They offered to drop the winter wheels at my house because I couldn't carry them all in my car. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I exchanged a couple of e-mails with Dan who quoted several options for new winter tires. All the quotes were very competitive!! I dropped the wheels off one weekend and returned a week later to have them replace my summer set. Very short wait.

I called about a flat tire repair and they said to drop in at my convenience. Work started right away but took a bit longer than I expected. I had no problems with the tire repair but they put a scratch in the wheel and touched it up without mentioning it to me. I wouldn't have held it against them had they mentioned it, but it struck me as unprofessional that they didn't.

I have been using Berry Tire for about ten or twelve years, and their prices are always way better than anywhere else. They are very honest about things. I am knowledgeable about this sort of work and I know when things are right and when they are not. I had checked with the Lincoln dealer to see what the same work would have cost there, and the price was about double. I have recommended this place to many people who now go there exclusively. They do much more work than just tires, as there name implies.

PRICE FOR THE TIRES WAS A REAL SHOCK. I ASSUMED THEY'D BE SOMEWHERE NEAR WHAT I FOUND ONLINE. THEY CHARGED $185/TIRE. THE WORST PRICE I FOUND ONLINE WAS $153.
