I had received the company's information from a colleague who also lives in a townhome community. Up to the time I found Barnes, all the companies I contacted, even from Angieslist, would not even come out to give me an estimate without something from my association. In the meantime, I had water leaking in through one of my lights when it rained and I just needed it taken care of. When I called Barnes, someone came out within a few days. He looked at the roof and even took a picture of the problem. His price was reasonable. He came back to fix the problem when he said he would, even though I wasn't able to be there at that time. He didn't try to nickel and dime me with the price. He told me up front what was needed, and got the job done. I had told him wanted a picture of the post work. He came back today in the snow, with his ladder to take the picture! I looked at the work he did and I couldn't be more pleased. And I don't have any more leaking!
