They did very good work and they are very careful.

The work was really good and he also advised me to flush the toilet before he leaves to check if everything is working properly.

I have used this company for the past three years. They are not cheap however they are honest and professional which I value deeply because it will end up saving you more money. For example, one time my laundry room drain froze and when washer drained, water backed up. I called the company right before 5 and Janet who is always very kind, suggested me to wait until next morning to save money from sending technician to me after hour since it's really not that urgent. This morning, Joseph is here. He advised me what usually causes this kind of leak from showing and let me know what I should observe when leak happens. Instead of opening drywall right away, he ran some water test and allowed me to weigh different options. I really appreciate his knowledge and his willingness to help customers save money. Basically all the technicians I worked with have been nice and willing to share their tips with customers. so I guess it's the company culture! very nice!

Wish I could give an A+ for responsiveness and punctuality. Called in morning to see if a service call could be scheduled. Not only were they able to get me in next day but also called back and fit me in same day Serviceman pleasant, professional. Job looks fine.

Excellent service. Came out the same day. Called 15 minutes before arriving. Bruce did a great job. He clearly explained what should be happening and what wasn't working well. We'll definitely call Arrow Plumbing again.

They’ve always been real good. I guess the price is about average, reasonable. Everything is functioning. They were on time.

Moved into a new home and first week the sewer backed up. Arrow came out same day and removed the blockage. Recommended running a camera through to make sure there were no other issues, found and removed several tree roots that were causing issues. Did a great job, very professional. Will happily use again.

My sump pump needed replacing and I wanted to add an independent battery-operated backup pump system. I had used Arrow before on five different plumbing projects since 2008 with 100% satisfaction. They provided an estimated cost. David arrived on schedule and looked over the layout. He determined the best approach and advised. He used high quality equipment and materials and configured everything so it actually took up less space and looked much better than the previous setup. This was impressive considering an independent backup system, with the required additional equipment, was added. David also arranged things to make it as quiet as possible. He tested everything and walked me through how it all worked. He also answered other plumbing questions I had that were unrelated to this job. Work area was left clean. Cost was as estimated.

We had a good experience with them. We don't remember the cost but it was less than we thought it would be. The price was fair.

We refer them all the time. They do really great work, they're prompt, and they're here when they say they will be. They're really nice people.

Battery was replaced.. a joint on the sump pump drain was uncecessarily replaced - I was told it leaked although the whole area near it was dry. Was charged for 75 mins!!

Not good, the technician was okay but had to leave before job was finished. I would have to pay again for him to come back to complete the job, it would have cost me over $1000 for this simple job. Way overpriced!!!!! I got the job completed with another company for $225

Joseph came out due to a clogged main line. Although they charge by the hour, Joseph worked diligently throughout the time he was there and got the job done quickly. This was the second time the drain clogged. The first time I mistakenly called Roto Rooter who temporarily fixed the issue by only clearing 5' of drain line. Joseph was able to clear all 100' of my line to the sewer main at a cheaper price than those jokers from Roto Rooter did for 5'.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the Arrow crew.  We had not had our sewer line rodded out since we bought our home 3 years ago, and suspected there might be a need based on the age of our home and the number of trees.  The crew that came out were extremely professional.  They put down tarps to protect our floors for when they came in/out of the house, were patient to explain everything they were doing, and gave pointers on how to maintain the system in the future.  They also outlined options for us to manage cost/inconvenience in the future (e.g. putting a clean-out access outside of our home), but were definitely not hard-selling that option.  Also pointed out the age of our hot water heater and suggested we keep an eye on it, but again was not a hard-sell.

We also had them use the camera so we could see whether there were any breaks, etc in the line (my request, they didn't push that).  Cost was only marginally higher and worth the money for the peace of mind.

I would definitely use them again -- high quality professionals.

The work seemed to go just fine, but with plumbing you can't really tell how well of a job it is until some time has passed. They charged me for a lucky 7 chrome plated brass bodied metal strainer and I was not told that they were going to replace my old strainer. The old strainer was just fine. I feel like I was taken for 35 dollars. I hope my faucet keeps working well after many years.

This was the second big job Arrow has done for us.  What I like about Arrow is that they do the job correctly the first time with no call backs.  John and his team are trustworthy and extremely good at all facets of plumbing.  The only negative is that they get so much work sent their way, that it is hard to get them scheduled.

I've used Arrow Plumbing for years at the Mundelien house after struggling to find an honest, quality plumber.  There are a couple large trees in the yard so roots grow into the sewer line and need to be rodded.  It had been almost two years so they proactively left voicemail and mailed a post card reminder.  Easy to schedule, arrived right on time and quickly performed the work!

Showed up on time. Toilet functions well and as expected.
