Very well! Professional said there may be jello jacket activity for up to a week but it has been very minimal this first 24 hrs. I asked a lot of questions on different types of pests and the products they use and got satisfactory answers. Looking forward to seeing the effect these treatments have on pests this coming year!

Service was fine, the particular technician named James is superior!

They are excellent. All of the technicians are very professional. The good thing about them, if you have them do whatever they want to get rid of whatever it is - my problem is ants, carpenter ants, they will come back. It is unlimited. The price includes, it is not so much per visit, what I have a quarterly sevice, so if they had to come 3 extra times I would not have to pay for it. I have never had a bad technician. It is easy to get through to them, I think it is because they have a centralized nationwide switchboard or something. I have a quarterly contract so I will be using them again.

It took several visits but the ants are all gone.

They came and treated the problem. The ants still persist and I am waiting on another visit which they've included in the service cost.

The guy, all he did was go around and spray, which was all I expected. But there were several places where he actually missed something and as we went around in the house, he went with me and I showed him where there were places that he missed.

So, if he came out to do it and I wasn?t there, he would have missed several spots. It was important, because it was in the same timing as guys that were finishing up some work in the soffits. They needed them exterminated before they could finish. 

So, he wasn?t as thorough as I had expected, but after he did all of that he did kill everything. They don?t let guys go on ladders to get on roofs or anything, so he had to do everything as best as possible by shooting this little sprayer up there.

The price was fine, it was okay, it was reasonable. He was on time. They did schedule the guy to come out shortly after I called, that was fine.
They were flexible enough to meet my schedule. 

They alerted on how to fix problems. They were very nice and gave us a print off.

Called late on a Friday afternoon and bought the single pest control (good for 60 days) scheduled for the following Tuesday afternoon. Tim arrived on time, identified the type of ants and then inspected the inside and outside of the house. Tim was friendly and explained what he found and what he did. The next day and so far since then there have been no more ants in the house. I did not check other pest control companies so cannot rate the cost. Overall, the experience was good.

They come once every three months. I pay around $100. I have been using them since mind 1980's.

We've used anderson for 3 quarterly pest control services and monthly mosquito control services this past summer.  We will continue using them as we have found a significant reduction in our house pests as well as reduction of mosquitos during the summer.  The company is great to work with-scheduling is easy, the technicians are nice and very informative.  They are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for...

They were fabulous. They showed up when they said they would, they did the work that they said they would. Their service guaranteed that they would still come out, they followed up when they said they would. They sent me emails explaining what they did. They were fantastic. The young man that was doing the service, was so conscientious, and he was reassuring that he would find evidence of the mouse in the garage, and he showed me where they were coming in from. He made sure I knew the appointment time, and he put booties on his feet to walk through the house. You couldn't ask for better service.

Very professional and punctual. Clean and organized. All chemicals used are pet safe and they quickly respond to any requests.

They were very responsive and kept coming back out when the ant problem would recur. It was one of their technicians who discovered the real problem - rotted out wood under our deck, which was hosting the ant colony. Once we replaced the wood, the ants stopped, so we are no longer using Anderson's services, but would again if it were to become necessary.

Although the ants disappeared temporarily, they have returned. I am planning on calling the company to return and retreat areas. I wish I had purchased the annual plan initially and had the technicia return on a quarterly basis to retreat the areas.

We used Anderson's year-round program, with quarterly scheduled service dates for over two years; our main problem was mice. Our technician, Steve, satisfactorily resolved an ant infestation for us, but was unable to stop mice from entering our home. We followed his suggestions to plug weep holes with steel wool and make some masonry repairs to the front stoop, but we kept getting mice in the traps set around our home; our kitchen cabinets were never without mouse droppings, and mice were eating food from our pantry.
The evening my wife came home from a walk to find four baby mice wandering around our family room was the last straw.
We canceled Anderson and had another company come out, who found some rather obvious holes Steve had missed (for over two years!) in our chimney masonry where the mice were entering. (It was from here that the mice found their way into the fireplace and on into the family room that fateful night.)
We had the chimney masonry repaired, and our problem with mice has essentially disappeared: no droppings in the kitchen, and the pantry is clean and mouse-free, although I need to check the chimney masonry and make occasional repairs; due to the age of our home, new cracks appear, and I have found two mice since canceling Anderson in traps I set in our fireplace. (Anderson never set traps there.)
