Mark was here on time and was truly a pro. Been using Allied since ‘94 and won’t be looking for anyone else.

incredible service! Of course our furnace died with the temps below 0. Allied was the third company we had called and the only one to pick up with a real person. We called for service at 8 pm on a Saturday night. The tech, Rob, was there by 9 to pronounce our 16 yr old Lennox furnace DOA. We had another company come out on Sunday that specialized in Lennox who gave us the same diagnosis and estimate for replacement. (We have a 6 month old lennox AC and thought maybe it was best to get the same brand.) Allied called to check up on us Sunday morning before the Lennox guy came out . We had Allied come out on Monday to measure and give us an estimate for a Carrier . Lon listened to what features we wanted on the furnace and thermostat and matched it to a unit. We never felt like he was trying to sell us a furnace with more features than we needed. He also left us with 3 space heaters. Between that, our fireplace and the furnace magically kicking on overnight, we survived. The installers showed up on time Tuesday(Despite the snowstorm the night before) and took the exact amount of time they said they would-6 hours. They were neat and both were dog people-a plus! We were very impressed with the communication between the office and the installers. They knew that the air filter compartment needed adjusting and the 20 year old whole house humidifier needed to be removed.

Everything went very smoothly. The quote they gave was better than what others had quoted, sometimes by a lot. The guy who came out was prompt and professional and did a great job. I'll definitely use them in the future.

Great experience. Beat competitive quote for similar quality and capacity equipment from another manufacturer. Removed old equipment and installed new in one day between 8-5pm. Cleaned up and explained operation well. Excellent service.

They are really good about coming out and helping us. Just one guy came out. They had another guy deliver the part, and he installed it.

It failed, and they came out and replaced it for free in July. We keep using them instead of some other places that are local. I would definitely use them again. One guy came out and it took him less than an hour.

I have a contract with them for heating and air conditioning.

I have used Allied out of Libertyville for the last several years. This year I needed a new a/c and they did a great job. I like that they do not try to oversell you on anything. They do my maintenance 2x a year and are always professional, prompt and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone. With the electronic air cleaner, filters are expensive and they told me they can furnish, but I can get cheaper online. I like that they are looking out after my best interest!

We have used Allied for all our HVAC needs for over 20 years. They have always been excellent in all respects; responsiveness,price, quality, and professionalism.  We recently purchased a home with 25 year old ventilation systems in the bathrooms. They were noisy and we had some concerns that they were actually drawing out any moisture.  Allied did an inspection and provided a quote which included fans with up to date technology that were sized to the needs of each bath, new ductwork and connections to the outside. The technicians did an excellent job and were willing to work with us on the placement of the new fans. The definitely went above and beyond our expectations. The new fans were installed with no damage to existing drywall, which was a pleasant surprise based on the difficulty of the installations.  The crew used tarps to protect our hardwood floors and did an excellent job with cleanup. We are extremely pleased with our new bath fans and Allied's flawless installation!  We would not hesitate to recommend Allied for any HVAC needs!
