TV Repair
Technician (Dan Rice) first looked at the TV's attached to the external antenna. He then reviewed the connections in the basement and noted the power supply seemed to be ok as the red indicator light was lit. He then went outside to inspect the external components (antenna and amplifier) and noticed the amplifier was swinging loose on the tower. Replaced the amp which more than likely got wet from not being installed the proper way and system was back up and running.
