Description of Work: The main circuit board went out of our 48" flat screen TV. Had difficulty finding a working replacement. Not providers fault. Manufacturers don't make repair parts in the quantity needed and parts are of suspicious quality. Required 3 cards before getting one that worked. Provider was tenacious. Took longer than I would have preferred through no fault of provider. Very satisfied with the communication and final work.

 + -1 moreTechnician (Dan Rice) first looked at the TV's attached to the external antenna. He then reviewed the connections in the basement and noted the power supply seemed to be ok as the red indicator light was lit. He then went outside to inspect the external components (antenna and amplifier) and noticed the amplifier was swinging loose on the tower. Replaced the amp which more than likely got wet from not being installed the proper way and system was back up and running.
Description of Work: Trouble shot external antenna system and replaced amplifier on a TV tower.
