Just great. The kid that brought the dumpster parked it in the best spot , explained how the door opened so you can easily walk your junk into it rather than lift everything. Secretary that answers the phone is pleasant, honest, and accommodating in how to dispose of items like partially filled paint cans and such. I've used them twice. Oh and if you live in Chicago they get the permit for you.

I called on 5/19 for a dumpster and they delivered it that afternoon.
They were nice on the phone and after speaking with them they suggested I
move up a size in the dumpster. I'm glad I did because we needed it.
The person who dropped it off was professional. They picked it up on
the day I requested. Overall one of the easiest things I've had to
procure since moving into our 1970's project. My husband and I can't
wait to get another dumpster for the next remodel project and we
certainly will call Wastebox again.

Wastebox dropped off the dumpster on the same day that I ordered it and didn't pressure me to fill it right away. We knew we didn't have much time during the week to get our large trash items into the dumpster so they allowed us to keep it until we are finished. The person on the phone was friendly and professional.

We were moving and had accumulated a ton of stuff, for lack of a better word, which we did not need at the new house. Wastebox dropped off a 20 yard dumpster with only a one day notice. We originally had scheduled a pickup for three days later, but moved it back a day. Needless to say, we should have ordered a 30 yard dumpster. The garbage extended between a foot to five feet above the top of the dumpster.
When Frank came to pick up the dumpster, he let us know there was way too much garbage in the dumpster and he could not safely remove and transport it. After talking with Frank and the staff at Wastebox, we decided we needed another dumpster for the excess. They gave us a 10% coupon on the spot and rearranged their schedule to pick up the dumpsters first thing the next morning because our movers were scheduled to arrive at 8:00AM. A couple hours later, I received a call from Wastebox letting me know the owner of the company himself had driven to our home to remove only a couple items from the dumpster, manually tarp it and remove it! Wow! Their reason for all the extra effort was to save US money!
I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They were a class act all the way through the process and went way above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely use them and recommend them to everyone we know, but will make sure not to overload the dumpster next time.

Working with Wastebox was as easy as it gets. There was a simple phone call with a friendly scheduler. The dumpster was delivered as promised on time the next day. I didn't need to be home for the delivery, but they did request that I place an "X" on my driveway with masking tape to show the driver exactly where I wanted the container dropped. When our clean-out was complete, I called them in the afternoon, and it was picked up at 9:00am the next morning. No hassle. It did help that I went to their website before making the call so I could determine the size of dumpster that was needed. I'm sure that the scheduler would have helped me with that process if needed. I did compare dumpster prices with our local waste hauler, and Wastebox was significantly less expensive.

The dumpster arrived when requested. I then called for pickup after the labor day weekend and they were there first thing the next morning. Very happy with the service.

I reviewed online prices/length of time to keep dumpster/ and if any addtl. charges or costs between Waste Management, the bagster, and Wastebox Inc. . No comparison, Wastebox Inc. is the only way I would go in the future for my future gut and demo jobs. The main 2 reasons I went with Wastebox Inc. is they had a 6yrd size dumpster, Waste Management did not go that small. Anyone else that did also wanted to charge you extra for more than a week. It couldn't be any easier of a decision to make. Jodie in the office is very pleasant and friendly and if you see a price less than theirs for the same size I'm sure they would match it or beat it. I called on a Thursday they dropped off the next day am and they will place the dumpster anywhere you want and I had wood slats to have them lay it on my driveway. I needed the dumpster an extra week, I called Jodie and no problem. I also added some junk from cleaning out my garage, so the size dumpster was more than enough for any small gut or demo job. I will definately use this company again.

I called and a roll-off was to my home the next day. It was the perfect size and a reasonable price. When I called to have the roll-off picked up they were able to do so the next business day. Both the delivery and pick-up were prompt and the driveway was not harmed. Would use them again.

The person I spoke to in my initial contact was friendly and was able to answer all my questions. We ordered a dumpster from them about a year and a half ago and had excellent service. So this year, after we dug up a large amount of clay for a new garden bed, we called them again. I had called several places and Wastebox was the only one who would handle the clay. One other place said they could do it, but we would have to pay by weight. With Wastebox, it is a flat rate so you don't have to worry about how heavy it's getting. They were prompt in both delivery and pick up. I highly recomment them.

Wastebox did a great job in providing information and answering all my questions. When the driver showed up, we then discovered that the dumpster arrived half-full. The driver didn't hesitate and called the owner of the company who gave us a significant discount. We finished a day earlier then planned and Wastebox sent the driver on short notice to retrieve the dumpster.

They responded promptly when we needed the first dumpster. Every time we needed them to remove the full one and bring an empty one, they were prompt, courteous, and professional. They protected our driveway from the weight of the dumpster and were careful to do no damage to any part of our property. Jodie in the office was courteous and helpful.

I called them and they brought out a dumpster for yard waste. They dropped it off on Friday and picked it up again in Monday. They were on time for both the pick up and the drop off. I had no problems with Wastebox Incorporated.

I was perfectly satisfied with their services. They delivered and picked-up the dumpster at the exact time that they promised. They were prompt and friendly on the phone. They provided me with all the information that I would need. I also felt like their price was reasonable. I'll be using them again in the future.
