Richie was great and I highly recommend this roofing company. This review is coming a little over a year after having my new roof installed. We had a small issue right after the install, but Richie came by and took a look at it right away. His team was super fast, and the roof was a good price for the high quality materials and craftsmanship. Even my handyman took a look at it and was impressed with the attention to detail.

They fixed the bump in my roof very quickly and despite it being out of warranty. Highly recommend!!

It was a pleasure to work with Rich. After my new roof was installed DirecTV placed a satellite dish in an unacceptable location. After the dish was relocated Rich came back immediately and replaced the shingles that were damaged. I couldn't be happier with the job.

This company is amazing! The best ever...very professional, very courteous and efficient. Richie, the owner, gave us the best price and was personally involved in every aspect. His crew is exemplary. They even left our area in better shape than before. Would recommend them to everyone.

Owner Richie was great to work with. He has been in the business for some time and it shows through his experience and expert advise. He saved my wife and I weeks of figuring out color patterns/designs etc to choose for our roof gutters soffits and siding. He laid out what he thought would look good on our home but allowed us decide. We went with his recommendation and it turned out great.

Richie and the crew who replaced our roof were outstanding. Unlike others, Richie actually got on our roof to provide our estimate. He noted things that others didn't and we were very impressed with his proposal and explanation (not just another email quote). His crew were very efficient and did an excellent job. His quote was not the lowest but far from the highest. I would hire him again in a minute.

Fast service and good price. New roof looks great, they replaced some wood panels and put back gutter covers. Found just a few nails on ground.

Had a complete roof tear down on summer of 2017. Everything was done as expected. Great work replaced a few damaged boards and cleaned up nicely after work was completed. A few days ago I noticed a few shingles starting to pop( manufacturer defects) called Richie and he came out in a few days and took care of the problem. Very pleased with his commitment and warranty. Would definitely recommend and use again for other jobs.

We hired Rich the first time to replace our roof and years later called him again to replace our sky lights, he did a great job , The first time he came out to give us an estimate and he fixed a hole in our roof at no charge before he even knew he had the job, so of course when we needed new sky lights he was are only choice , we trust him and once again did a great job! He is the best home improvement contractor we have ever dealt with and highly recommend him!

Rich is one of the best contractors we have worked with to date. They did excellent work, on time and within budget. He is extremely professional and honest. We would certainly use them again.

I am so pleased with the work Ultimate did for me. Rich was very thorough and explained every step of the estimate. He took the time to answer my questions. He even called and asked if they could show up three days ahead of the scheduled time (which was welcomed as I had a leak). Great job and excellent workmanship. Waited to write this review to make sure there were no issues with the work done. Its been close to a year since my roof was replaced and I have had no issues with the work that was done. The price for the roof and gutters was very good compared to other quotes I received. Work was finished on time and crew was very professional. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent. Very quick to provide an estimate and very flexible when it came time to do the work and the schedule had to be juggled. Very understanding and seemed to really appreciate getting the business.

We hired Richie and his crew to do a complete tear-off. FIrst off, the day he was supposed to come out, he called to let us know he was running late, even though it was a few minutes late. I love that level of professionalism. Unlike other estimates we received, he actually got up on the roof and walked around and measured. He came in and did a line by line explanation of the quote, others just emailed it to us and it wasn't comprehensive. He even explained what may be unseen damage and what it may cost in addition (e.g. plywood under the shingles). When his crew came out, they were courteous and professional. The quality of the work was excellent. Richie also worked with us since we were waiting on our second check from insurance, which was greatly appreciated. Finally, the quote was very competitive compared to others. I would highly recommend them anytime.
