GREAT & HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Sebastian and his team resurfaced and rebuilt sections of the roof on one of our two (historic?) Chicago brick bungalows. They installed new underlayment, shingles, dormer siding, vents, and flashings which they fabricated on site. Sebastian and his team were professional, timely, efficient, and considerate. When removing the old roof, they carefully protected our house and neighbors’ houses (even plants) from falling debris, and left the entire area spotless when the job was done. The new roof and siding look fantastic, and made an almost century-old house look young again! Workmanship quality is excellent and exceeded expectations. Having personal experience with construction, I say that with confidence. We will be hiring them again soon to replace/resurface the roof on our other bungalow.

1 day in and out . Sebastian is probably the nicest most honest and knowledgeable contractor I have ever dealt with . He came to do the roof and the night before we had a wind storm that tore half of my facia off the peak ,he made new facia and installed no charge . He also fixed a problem with my front entrance so the storm door would only open part way by cutting the first rafter short from the garage and repairing . If any one lives in Pebble Creek subdivision you probably know what I'm talking about . I strongly recommend Signature roofing and const. for a job done right.

GREAT! Sebastian and his team manager was very professional, arrived right on time, the very nice crew finished the work early, and cleaned all the debris very well. In addition, Sebastian did a nice touch on the side shingle of our house, this was beyond our expectations, we would definitely suggest hiring his team for your needs.

I would definitely suggest hiring Signature for any roofing needs. Sebastian was great! Very responsive and professional! His team worked when they said they would be there and the job was finished in a timely manner! They cleaned up everything after the job was completed and even came back after the job was completed to check to see if everything was completed to our liking! Use them-you will not be disappointed! Their prices are competitive also!!

This is the provider we liked. The guy really knows what he is doing and you can tell. So basically, what happened was our roof leaked, the ceiling was all wet. So then, we asked for several companies to come over and do an evaluation. This company actually gave a detailed information and show us exactly what happened and showed us the actual logical way. It's a tricky problem, but I think they really find out the roof cost and then they just recently got it fixed for us. Of course, we had just to check to wait until the rain to come in, in order to see if they fully fixed the problem. So far the leak is fixed with them. The evaluation was very good too. It's actually a very good priced, it was like several hundred dollars.

Excellent! Sebastian was very good at explaining what his company was going to do and the costs involved. Everything was laid out ahead of time so there were no surprises. Also during the job he would explain what was going on, and he called afterwards as a follow up. I would not hesitate to hire Signature Roofing & Construction again.

Working with Sonny was a great experience. He was very professional and completed all the work to spec. Sonny worked with us to design and plan the project. He also personally supervised the work as his crew did the construction.

I dreamed of adding a sunroom onto the back of our house for years, and finally my dream came true! It''s everything I wanted, We spend more time in the sunroom than any other room in the house. This spot has also become the favorite place for family gathering.

Job went very well. We also needed a new chimney and they found someone to do that also for a reasonable price. Communication was very good - they called frequently to keep us updated as to when things were going to happen. Everything happened as planned. They cleaned everything up when they were finished. We would definitely recommend them. They quoted us $2500.00 less than two other roofers.

Sebastian is the owner of this company and main contact. He came to inspect the roof, and also went up into our attic to look at some of our concerns. We felt that he and his crew did an outstanding job. He was thorough in his explanation of the materials and and how he would do the job. He brought sample roof tiles from which to choose and explained the differences in quality. He stopped by more than once to show us different samples. We were satisfied with the quote, and actually used an Angie's list coupon to reduce the initial price. He was very prompt with respect to returning phone calls and showing up on the scheduled days. He said it would take two days, dependent on weather. It took exactly two days. His crew was meticulous in the yard cleanup. We are very happy with our new roof. I would highly recommend Signature Roofing.

I purchased a deal through Angie's list for a roof replacement with 3D shingles. Shortly after purchasing, Sebastian called and scheduled a time for a visit to measure my roof and select the color of shingles to use. Sebastian showed up on-time and all went well. We scheduled a date to install the new roof, but he also made it clear that it was dependent on weather, especially at that time of year.

The date slid a bit, but it was totally reasonable due to either snow or high winds. To be honest, I thought the date was going to slide again because there was a couple inches of snow on the roof even though the weather was fairly nice. Sebastian and his team showed up anyway and first shoveled the roof and proceeded to start the roofing job. I was very pleased and impressed with their dedication and efficiency.

Sebastian promised they would be done in one day and they were. They did an excellent job for a reasonable price, I'm very satisfied and highly recommend his company!

Sebastian was prompt in getting back to me upon my initial call. He came out to do an estimate right away and was extremely straightforward about the whole process. Our roof was starting to lose a lot of granular, with fiberglass showing bare on many shingles. The latest storm tore off some of the ridge cap and it was finally time to get the roof replaced. Sebastian came in with the most competitive bid for 20 square at $4,800 using higher quality Duration shingles. His crew showed up at 7:30 Saturday morning, 30 minutes early, and promptly got to work. They laid down a tarp and pulled a trailer up close to catch debris and kept the work area tidy throughout the day. The whole job was completed by 1:30 without a single hiccup, and the crew did a fantastic job cleaning up all around the house. After it was done, Sebastian did a walk through to explain everything that was done and all issues that were corrected. Having experience working in the construction/roofing industry, I'd give these guys high marks for quality work done quickly and without compromise.

We had some serious damage to the roof from a wind storm in February and the roof was in serious need of replacement.  Our experience with Signature Roofing (Sebastian, owner) and their crew was outstanding.  They came in with the most competitive price, outlined EXACTLY what would be done, when and how long it would take and met every single promise.  Sebastian, and his crew, got the day started right on time (maybe even a little early!) and worked straight through until the whole roof was finished.  They removed the old roof and exhaust fan, replaced a few pieces of plywood then put the new roof on.  All of this took less than 8 hours.  They worked non-stop and were also fastidious and extremely thorough with the clean up afterwards.  A friendly and courteous crew made the day very pleasant.  I would recommend Signature Roofing and our experience with Sebastian to anyone who needs any of his services.  It's rare to find someone who outlines the work in detail and then delivers on every single part of it.  He also called two days later to see how everything was going since it had rained in the interim.  He followed up on the job to ensure our satisfaction.  Can't say enough good about him and Signature Roofing!

It went as expected to repair my roof but went beyond to fix a few other areas (without extra charge).  completely satisfied.

Sebastian and his team from Signature Roofing were awesome!  Sebastian came to my house before we scheduled the job to answer all of our questions and to take measurements.  He went over all details of what would be done and he answered any questions or concerns we had.  On the day of the job, his team was very professional and punctual.  They completed the job in one day and cleaned up everything.  Sebastian stayed on site with his team all day.  One of the easiest transactions I have had with a big job like replacing a roof.  Sebastian contacted me 5 days later to make sure the shingles had settled and to make sure I was happy with roof.  The roof looks amazing!  I would highly recommend Signature Roofing.
