Shae Decorating

My retired mother hired Shae Decorating about a year ago, and she seemed happy as could be with their work, however, as the days grew longer, many visible streaks became visible on walls/ceilings. She contacted the owner, Rob, who came out about 8-9 months after work was complete. I wish he'd have said it too late, sorry, but he acknowledged the issues and said he'd be out over the next few weeks on a sunny day to rectify. Three months later, I called Rob who noted he was sorry, he had a family emergency, but would be out ASAP to correct. I get things happen, so I told him no problem, as long as it's addressed now. He guaranteed me it would be. Now, two months later, Rob doesn't even bother returning our call. Terrible customer service - if you say something is your problem, and promise to fix it ASAP..... you don't blow off the customer with lies for six months +.

Rob was extremely responsive to all requests and accomodated our timeline.  The quote was very reasonable compared to others we received.  He brought in a designer to help with color selection and got the entire house done on time.  Everything was left clean and we were very happy with the whole process.

Everthing went well. had to have a couple of areas touched up, but otherwise the attention to detail was goo.
