One day after the landscapers from this company worked on our backyard, the glass of the patio door of my home was found to be split in a star-like form, starting from one spot near the ground. I am sure that the glass was hit by some object lifted by a mower or trimmer. However, they refused to compensate for the damage because, they said, it couldn't be proved that they did it. Most of the time, their people do the landscaping around when the inhabitants are not at home. How likely can the damage be found when or immediately after it is being caused? Serrano Landscaping is anything but honest.
