They took the order on December 8 and sent an email the next day confirming my order. The order-taker ordered the wrong item, and I didn't realize this until I got my confirmation email. By that time, it was too late to change my order. Apparently, orders can only be changed on the same day prior to 10 pm, which I wasn't informed. I called (within 24 hours of ordering) to inform them of their error, and they were very uncooperative. I was told that, since it was a personalized order, I could not return it. The conversations never became heated, and the people I talked to were respectful, but they were completely unwilling to listen to my problem or accept any responsibility. In the end, I refused shipment and the full amount was credited back to my Visa.
