Mr. Electric of Orland Park and Lemont

I have been having a lot of problems with them. I could not recommend them to anybody. They did a really goofy job. They explained what they were going to do but they didn't do that. They also have the ground wire in the ground with exposed wire attached by screws. I know when I called them I was really nice to them, but I just knew it did not look right. I have not seen anything like that in my life. The guy Richard did not call me back. The only reason he finally called me back is the application. The sockets on the left side of the house get really hot. I called him and told him the problem. He never sent anyone out. He finally came out because the bank was not going to pay him until he had a permit and his work had passed the inspection. I went to go fill out for the permit and he had to get updated in his workers comp insurance. So he did that and I got the permit but still he did not get back me. He has not been responsive and I am so easy to get along with.
