Jim from JMP Done Right Remodeling responded to me immediately, came over and evaluated the situation and what he thought it would take to fix both problem. He came the following week and took care everything. His final price came in lower that the estimate he gave me because the labor was less intensive that what was original thought. Jim explained why the cabinet was coming down and how he was going to repair it once he began working on it. He takes pride in his work. I was extremely satisfied.

Our final product is beautiful! Jim installed our custom made kitchen cabinets, tiled our backsplash above the counters, tiled the kitchen floor and installed our new garbage disposal. He also stained and installed all of our base and trim moldings. Jim's carpentry work is top quality workmanship. He built 2 sets of custom made oak stair cases and thresholds for us and finished them with a warm stain and polyurethane. Throughout the remodel, Jim encountered issues with uneven walls and flooring and was able to adjust and figure out a solution to make things right! Jim is great to work with and is a perfectionist. He meets customer's expectations to their satisfaction! He's always on time and puts in an extra effort to get the job done right! We have already hired him to replace all of our interior doors and remaining base molding as well as remodel our master bathroom next year. The project went very well and I am pleased with my remodeled basement. I was extremely pleased with the work ethic. He was always on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. What impressed me the most is that he researched all the items I chose and did price comparison to get me the best material for the lowest cost. He was also able to use some of the old material to make a TV cabinet. He listened to what I wanted and did not try to push me in any other direction. My remodeled basement is how I envisioned it.
