This is the second time we have used Dallio Basement Waterproofing.  The work is so good and so affordable that everytime I see a truck with the other "big name basement waterproofing compinies" I just shake my head.  DO NOT use anyone except Dallio for any type of seepage / waterproofing issues. He is amazing.  This particular time we used him to fill a simple foundation crack, which was super fast and easy.  He even came out on a Saturday morning to do the work.  As a 9-5 working person, that in and of itself is fantastic.  Last time we use Dallio it was for a much bigger job.  We had a complete drainage tile system and sump pump installed in the basement of another property we own.  We had that job quoted by a few other people and Dallio was the most affordable and in the end, I believe his work was superior to anything else the other company's 'salesmen' were quoting me.  Once I saw the water seeping in from the crack in this new property, I didn't even think about calling anyone else.  A matter of fact, I did a quick search for foundation crack repair on Angie list's big deals, and even the advertized big deal was more then the normal price quoted by Dallio to patch one crack! I could go on. Stop searching, call Dallio!

My experience with them was good. I was away, and I don’t know if we had any rain here or not, but I haven’t had any problems so far. They are on time. They are very polite. They know what they are doing and also what needs to be done, and so far, they have been so good. Their price was reasonable. I have used them maybe fifteen or twenty years ago, and his process is different now compared to what he did before.

I spent about $500 for 2 cracks. They were pretty good. They fixed it and I had no leaks. I haven't needed their services, but I would use them again.

We progressed into remodeling our entire basement after fixing the initial three cracks, and we subsequently found two additional cracks, as we started pulling panelling down in other areas of the basement. Mr. Dallio sent out his crew very quickly to help us, as we pulled down the walls to replace them with drywall. He was very punctual, and his wife was always a pleasure to work with in scheduling over the phone.

The gentleman from Dallio was at my neighbor's house, and my husband asked him to come over to look at our foundation. We had a flood in three places during the last three storms. He came over, was very polite, and explained everything thoroughly. I called the company to arrange the appointment and the lady that answered the phone was very courteous. I made my appointment with a one week wait time. On the arrival day, they arrived on time, did the job in a very professional and courteous manner. The cost on the estimate was exactly what we were charged. They cut out a small piece of drywall, injected the epoxy, and were done in no time at all. The work is warrantied for lifetime, and I would definitely give this company my highest recommendation.

EXPLAINED ANYTHING I HAD QUESTIONS ABOUT. WE HAVE ALREADY HIRED THEM AGAIN FOR A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CRACK ON THE OTHER SIDE.
