Classic Community Management

CCM was our property management company from the time we moved into our townhouse in December of 2013 until they terminated in the summer of 2017. From the beginning my experience with CCM was that the owner was difficult to deal with,unresponsive,failed to follow through on maintenance requests,provide accurate updates on projects and generally acted unprofessionally. The owner is rude,confrontational,and acted resentful of any requests to care for maintenance issues. There was rarely anyone from CCM onsite and multiple inquiry calls to their office for the same issue or problem was usually responded to with : What is your name again? What is your address? Tell me again why you are calling? That work was already completed(when it clearly was not). etc.,etc.,etc. I can cite numerous examples. Just so I could validate that my problems were not just a personal conflict between the owner of CCM and myself I asked other homeowners in our association about their experiences with CCM and their experiences were similar to mine . Our association has replaced CCM with a new management company and service is 100% better.
