i called the office to set up an appointment to have the tank sumped. Their service rep was very helpful after i explained some issues with the system and recommended to have their sevice tech inspect the septic drainage field and solutions with pricing if a problem is found. the appointment was set between 10 am / 12pm.
    I called about 1pm she apoligized for not calling that the service tech was on his way and he showed up in 10 min. Al was the service tech. he apoligised for being late do to the prior job running late and was very pleasent to work with. he dug to the cap and proceeded to do his job on the tank . I explained about some issues and he checked the drainage field. He came up with the answer to the problems, and explained  my solution. He is very noliagable about the issues in the area and explained everything I needed to know .He is very professional  easy to talk with and pleasent to work with. 
  My whole experiance with Carl's Septic was a great relationship and highly recommend their service

We had pooling water in our drain field for around a month so I called Carl's to get our tank emptied. Andrew was polite, punctual and professional. He performed the (ugly) task well with no hiccups. He was able to angle his truck into our sloping driveway on a busy street as well (no easy feat). I was very happy with Andrew's work. After the work he said I should call if the pooling in drain field did not subside.
Unfortunately the pooling did not go away. In early July I called Carl's to schedule an evaluation. It has been impossible to schedule anything and every time I am told I will be called back with an appointment time. It is worth noting that I work from home and have an open schedule. After many more phone calls, I still have not had anyone out to my property to follow up with me. This is disappointing and not an acceptable way to treat existing customers. If Carl's followed up with me (even if there was nothing to be done) I would have given them an A.

For such an unpleasant job, the service technician couldn't have been more pleasant.  He was very efficient and very, very helpful.  I had called to have the septic tank emptied, and he also mentioned that because of the iron pipes in our system that they should be cleaned out occasionally as well.  The extra charge for this was minimal, and considering the vast improvement afterword, it was well worth it.  I have lived with septic my whole life, and I never knew this needed to be done.  i think some other companies just don't care that much.  These guys clearly know what they are doing, and they want to help keep everything in great working order.  It was MUCH appreciated.
Going forward, for as long as I own this house, Carl's Septic will be taking care of it.  After that, whoever buys it will get a glowing referral to continue that service.  I can't recommend them enough.

He arrived on time and the service guy was very personable. I had the tank lid un covered for him as my cable line is in the vicinity of the lid and I didn't want to have to deal with any Comcast issues. This was my fourth time of having the tank pumped out and he was the first guy to backflush some liquid into the tank to stir up the sediment on the bottom of the tank along with spraying down the tank walls prior to a final pump out. He also had me run some water into the tank from inside the house so he could insure that my sewer line was not obstructed.

He did a really nice job. He was real professional. He showed up on time, did a great job, and put everything back the way he found it. You would not know that he was even here. They had the best price. I plan to use him again in the future.

Very pleased with our first experience with Carl's! Sue, who scheduled our appointment, was very nice and easy to work with. There was a two week lead time, but I didn't think that was bad. She called to confirm the day before our appointment as well. The technician arrived promptly at the beginning of his scheduled time window, was friendly and quick about his work. He quickly found our buried tank and removed the soil with little mess. He was very helpful in teaching us about our septic system (we just moved into our home a couple of months ago and never had a septic system before.) He even went above and beyond in helping us troubleshoot some problems with our water run off drainage tile around the house! We didn't really know what to expect, but the whole process was fairly painless. I highly recommend them!

Carls installed a new UV septic system to replace the old sand filter system at our home. We now FAIL all county septic tests! After paying 15,000 for this state of the art system, they can't seem to find the time to fix the problem. We have tried for over a year to get this taken care of. Jean in their office tells me it's the counties fault. She says the county doesn't test correctly. Then she adds that she is certain, because carls workers have followed county techs around. Sounds crazy! I just want them to fix my system. They dont have time to correct the problem. We are headed to litigation over this. Carls can handle cleaning a tank, but for installations look elsewhere. I wish we had.

The technician that came to my house was more than helpful. He took the extra time to explain the workings of the system. He also helped me diagnose a problem with some draining of my wastewater. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to maintain their septic system. A+ service.

They came out when they said. Inspected inside and outside. Dugout the Septic line by the foundation. Offered good advice. We could not find a problem. There was no charge.

It's hard to gauge quality work when we're talking about a septic talk pump, but I was impressed that they asked us whether or not they'd be able to park the truck in the driveway. We had just finished sealing the driveway and were very leary about doing anything to potentially damage it, but they were very accommodating in working it out so they could pump from the street. All in all I'd say it was a good experience.

Everything went very well, from start to finish. The people from Carl's Septic Service explained what they were doing, and gave us tips about how to keep our septic system working well. They dug up a very small area to get to the septic tank, so the disturbance in our yard was minimal. They were prompt and informative and professional. They cleaned up after themselves. We were very satisfied with the service from Carl's Septic Service, and we would happily use them again.

It went very well. Although they didn't answer my call, they returned a call within 2 hours. I was able to schedule an appointment for a few weeks out (it's difficult with my days off).
The service man arrived today on time and helped us find where the manhole was. We hadn't be able to find it and it was not on the plans from the architect. He was thorough, but worked quickly, and was able to answer all of my silly questions (since this is our first septic). In total he was here for about an hour.
Overall, I was very happy with the service from start to finish. I will not hesitate to call them again for our septic needs.

Very informative. Bob found the septic tank quickly and easily. He also was very informative about septic field systems and all costs associated with my current system and any upgrades to possible future systems.
