It was done very well. I don't remember the prices, but they were reasonable.

I am not happy with the overall apperance of the work. Jim was not forthright with me when he assess the project. The concrete slab around the tree cracked in two places (one is very bad) and then Jim proceeded to inform me the concrete was already cracked. That was not true. So I have two major cracks in that location and two hairline cracks on another slab.

Jim provided the estimate and explained the process. I brought up several questions such as what was the possibility of the stoop and/or walk cracking from the procedure. Jim was honest and explained that it was a possibility. After careful consideration I allowed this company to do the work.

HE WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS TIMELY, FAIRLY PRICED, AND THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO MY PLANTS OR LAWN.

Scheduled time for estimate of work, and start time of work. Performed as agreed to. Each done in a professional manner. Price was competitive with other estimates. Angie's List info helped me to select this company.

Ron responded to our call for an estimate within a day. He followed up on the phone to be certain we'd rec'd it and did we have any questions. We were flexible about the time for the work to be complete, but he called back within a couple days to schedule at a time that was convenient for us. They showed up when they said and cleaned up after themselves. We'd hire Ron & his team again.

We noticed that one of our front steps had sunk below the ground level, so we asked our handyman about it, and he recommended this company. They arrived on time and did the work well.

Ron is the owner and primary person of a team of three who did the job. He contacted me prior to arrival and arrived on time on the designated day. He was very attentive to detail and accomplished the task at hand in a professional and workmanlike manner. I was impressed by his knowledge and experience. His service was very reasonably priced.

Ron explained the process thoroughly & provided possible concerns about the job. Ron did all the measurements & provide literature on the process. The job took about 3 hours. The patch he used to cover the holes matched very well with the existing concrete. You can barely tell where the patch is. Would call them back for future mudjacking if needed.
