Comfortmaker furnace was down during a below zero day. Called into A Dandy and Dan picked up and let me know his schedule. He was right on time and had all parts to repair the problem. We appreciated his troubleshooting techniques along with prompt, courteous service. A Dandy is now my go to Heating and Air resource!

Service from Dan the owner was prompt and helpful. Brian the technician was polite and worked to solve the issues.

They are always honest, respectful, and clean up. They are the only service person I have hired who does everything right for a good price. They are very responsive. I have called them at different hours of the day/night and each time they have helped me over the phone or by sending someone out.

A Dandy serviced my air conditioner for ten years and I have reffered them to a lot of people because of their good work.

Responded quickly and on time. Professional from start to finish. Quote for service was higher than I was charged. Would be happy to use service again. 

I liked their honesty last time. I rate them high overall, and I will continue to use them in the future.

GOOD. ONE PROBLEM AFTER INSTALL. THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED RIGHT AWAY.

He was very helpful and clean with his work. He got the work done in a timely manner. He did a good job with communication with us. We were pleased with his work.

It went great! Brian was out to my house by 2:30, called me with a diagnosis, explained in layman's terms for me to understand, I approved, and he went ahead and it was completed by about 3:30. Some valves came loose on the air conditioning unit from possibly not being tightened when installed over 10 years ago, and the subsequent vibrations loosened them. The coolant leaked out and it was all iced up. He de-iced, filled it up with 2 1/2 lbs of coolant, and also checked for other possible leaks. The leak check was $44.00. I know that it is in good shape, but I asked him what it would cost to do a maintenance check on the furnace. He said he would take a look at it at no charge, and reported that it did, in fact, look good, thanks! I also had recently installed thermostat that was defective, but it was another $125.00-145.00(don't remember the exact price) to put that in. I thought that was pretty high of a price, and I declined as I have "my people" who can do that. He followed up with me after everything was complete. When I left the main number at work, I called Brian again on his cell later that night, and he returned my call within minutes. It's good to know that this company knows that people just want to be respected and realize that even just getting a return phone call and keeping people informed is what most people want, and frankly deserve. There were two workers and both were very professional. They started with the furnace and humidifier in the basement and finished with the very hard to get to furnace in the attic. They were neat, polite, and they did not try to add work that did not need to be done. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing heating or cooling service.

They were reasonably priced (compared to 4 or 5 different companies) Dan Duchon (one of the owners) and his associate took everything away without disturbing the grass or making a huge mess. They were very courteous. One company that had a slightly better price we did not go with because we were so happy with how we were treated by this company. I would highly recommend them for any kind of heating or a/c use that you could have.

VERY PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS VERY CLEAN. PRICES WERE GOOD, TOO. KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HAPPY TO SHOW HOW WORK WAS DONE AND ANY TROUBLE SPOTS TO LOOK OUT FOR. IT WAS THE MIDDLE OF JANUARY, AND HE WAS ABLE TO COME OUT WITHIN 3 HOURS AND ARRANGED HIS SCHEDULE TO FIT US IN.
