Got some info for minor things, missed an important detail (termites) that cost me thousands of dollars to fix. Detailed written report was his workbook (copy) w/satisfactory or unsatisfactory boxes checked, no written summary; asked for detailed report or my money back. He refused,stopped answering his phone, would only give verbal info.
