home inspection
 + -1 moreGot some info for minor things, missed an important detail (termites) that cost me thousands of dollars to fix. Detailed written report was his workbook (copy) w/satisfactory or unsatisfactory boxes checked, no written summary; asked for detailed report or my money back. He refused,stopped answering his phone, would only give verbal info.
Description of Work: Home inspection with specific attention to attic roof. Inspected entire home, giving verbal info along the way. I could not follow him into the attic roof. Gave minimal verbal info on attic roof, promised ETA Led WRITTEN report; pay $250.00 first.
